Aixiom Studio has been founded in 2006 with the goal of making Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Vision applications a reality. Until 2010, Aixiom had been successfully bridging the gap between high-tech academic research and real-world applications.

With its motto, the vision you have, AIXIOM emphasized its twofold ambition: on the one hand, the goal was to develop solutions which are as good as the human vision; on the other hand, it aimed at enabling your vision of the future. You can still visit the technology overview page, which now serves as a portfolio to company’s former team members.

Aixiom used to be:

Roberto Valenti, CEO, MSc in Artificial Intelligence and a PhD candidate in human-computer interaction, with a specialization in face analysis. Roberto went on to become a CTO of ThirdSight, a company building personal computer vision solutions.

Vladimir Nedović, CTO, MSc in Artificial Intelligence and a PhD candidate in scene understanding, with a specialization in depth estimation. Vladimir now serves as a CEO of Interadion, a company enabling interactive advertising experiences.
